高強度レジンRR30が軽いのか？

それとも大きさが小さいのか？


スペック表が違うのでよくわからん




S社リールとの重さ比べ

秤の問題か？重さに若干の誤差あり
まぁ大した差ではないので問題なし




S社SW5000番が少し大きいかな

結構重要なところ



ラインローラー

なんとボールベアリングが入ってません

ある程度は回りますが、きっと撚りとり機構もついてないはず


なのでライン管理と操作が必要そう

20年前、ソルトに入門したころスピニングのバックラッシュに悩まされたが

また悩まされるのか？





まぁ、PENNと言えば20年ほど前、ジギングなどのオフショアで活躍した漆黒ボディーに金色のスプールのスピンフィッシャーが有名


もしかするとスピンフィッシャーのことをPENNという名前のリールとして認識している人もいると思う

あの頃のスピンフィッシャーはノーマルの状態でジギングで使用すると剛性は申し分ないもののハンドル駆動に若干のガタつきがあり

しゃくるたびに「カポン、カッポン、カポン」と軽快なリズム音を奏でていた

それに重かった(&acute;Д｀)

しかし、当時はPEの質も今ほど良く無く、近海ジギングでも4号から6号を利用していたためラインキャパの多いスピンフィッシャーは重宝されていたと思う

それにアップグレードパーツも多く販売されカスタムを楽しむ方々も多かったように思う

私も憧れたが金銭面の都合により購入できなかった


当時、国産メーカーも大型リールを販売していたが、剛性やトラブルの発生率を考えるとスピンフィッシャーはトラブルの少ない機種だったと思う


時期は詳しく覚えてないが、オシアジガー2000番が発売となり

フィッシングサファリというスピニングリールが廃盤となり

PEの進化により3号が主流になり

リーダーも70lbまで細くできるようになり


極めつけ

「ステラ」様の登場






そしてダイコー社よりTR-Vなどの軽量ロッドが普及し始め

一気にタックルの軽量化が進んでいったように思う

数年後、ダイワ社のソルティガロッドのシリーズが販売となり

シマノ社のツインパワーが力をつけ

と、話がそれてきたのでコンフリクトⅡの触り心地を書きますと

確かに国産と比べると異質です

クラッチフリー機能も見当たりません

グリスアップも雑把のどか塗り

グリップの質感もザラザラ

PENNのイメージどおりです


しかし

なかなかの触り心地

重くないし


巻きの具合も少し重いがなめらかではある

ステラと比べてはいけません

ダイワ社のBGと似たような具合に近いような感じかな


ドラグはかなりスムーズ


ドラグ音はチリン・チリンと金属的な音で心地良い

ハンドル回転時のブレはあまり感じない

まだ実釣で使用していないので使用感はわからないが、

初見の触り心地は悪くない

むしろ十分戦力となりそう


これで、砂や火山灰に耐えれるなら嬉しい限り




あぁ~早く試したい
